We do not put together a game just to fill an afternoon. We build a tailor-made experience that puts the team to the test, brings out its real dynamics and turns them into concrete takeaways for the workplace. Here is what the programme can include:
A challenge that puts the team to the test.
An immersive escape room where the goal can only be reached by communicating, sharing information and genuinely working together. No theory: the group gets into action straight away.
Observing the real dynamics.
During the game we observe how the team communicates, makes decisions, manages time and reacts under pressure. Because outside the office, behaviours emerge that often stay hidden in meetings.
A dedicated trainer.
A professional follows the experience and analyses what happens within the group: leadership, listening, collaboration, conflict management and the ability to turn ideas into action.
Zero Fluff debriefing.
After the challenge, the game becomes a growth tool. The trainer leads a structured discussion to identify strengths, weak spots and behaviours to improve in everyday work.
Objectives built to measure.
Every company starts from different needs. Before the event we decide together which aspects to focus on, so the experience will not be a standard format that is the same for everyone.

How does the debriefing with the trainer work?
Our in-house trainer observes the team during the game and, at the end, leads an analysis of leadership, problem solving, time management and teamwork. It is the only team building in Rome with this format.
How many people can take part?
From a minimum of 5 up to more than 25 people, split across several rooms that start at the same time. We can reserve an entire venue exclusively for your event.
How long does the full experience last?
The adventure inside the room lasts 60 minutes. The debriefing with the trainer takes about 50 minutes. In total, allow about 2 hours from arrival to departure, including the welcome and the initial briefing.
Is it also suitable for people who have never done an escape room?
Absolutely. Our rooms are designed to be fun and accessible to everyone. The theme is magical, not horror: nobody gets scared, everybody takes part.
Can I organise an aperitif or a coffee break?
Yes. We can add an aperitif, a coffee break or a toast before or after the experience. Get in touch for the details.
